- 170 g Vanilla High Protein Pudding
- 125 g frozen raspberries defrosted
- 50 g icing sugar
- 125 ml reduced fat milk
- 90 g rolled oats
- Mixed seeds for topping
In a blender, add the 125g defrosted raspberries and 50g of icing sugar. Blend until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the 170g Vanilla High Protein Pudding and half of the raspberry mixture.
Add the 125ml reduced fat milk and mix well.
Stir in the 90g rolled oats until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, top with the remaining raspberry mixture.
Sprinkle mixed seeds over the top and serve.
